Zero knowledge of preparing food for Celiac. I watched both cooks, not change gloves, take the gluten-free buns out of the individual wrapping and then slap down on the open countertop, where all the other Gluten buns were sitting and covered in gluten crumbs. Obviously, I could not eat this and they could’ve cared less.
