Visited Wayback Burgers in Woodland Park CO because I was told the burgers are amazing and they have gluten free options. I was impressed with the quality of GF bun they used and that they have fryers dedicated to GF items (fries and tots) We have gone back several times and no XC issues for my daughter or myself so I’m really impressed!

Franchise but run like a small business. Has tasty GF buns and separate fryer for fries and tots. Friendly manager nicely warned XC could be possible, but was there early enough the separate fryers were still separate and clean.

When we asked about gluten free options the manager/owner (not sure who she is) informed us they have a gluten free bun and also have a dedicated fryer for potatoes and use another fryer for gluten containing foods. She seemed knowledgeable and also informed us that they can't claim to be gluten free because of the use of flour in the kitchen but they do try to stay on top of and conscientious about cross-contamination risk.

I brought my own gf bun in my purse. Staff knowledgeable and kind. Only fries and tater tots in the fryer, anything battered or meaty is done in a separate fryer. Delicious big ol fashioned greasy cheeseburger. Veggies nice and fresh.

Called and they said it is not safe for a celiac person
Wayback Burgers exceeded my expectations with their delicious gluten-free burger. As someone with dietary restrictions, finding a place that caters to my needs without sacrificing taste can be a challenge, but Wayback Burgers nailed it.
