I’m not one to make a fuss about a bad experience at a restaurant, but after I told the server I had celiac disease and am sensitive to cross-contamination, the manager came out and said they refused to serve me because they have a “small kitchen” and can’t guarantee it won’t be cross-contaminated. I’d heard this reason given before but never outright refused service. Entire party of 5 people had to find a different place to eat at 6:30 on a Monday. Not celiac friendly at all.
