Review of Weber Grill

This place took such good care of me. I was uncertain about getting a bourbon-glazed salmon. The server had the chef talk to me about it being triple-distilled certified GF bourbon. All allergy orders are flagged in the kitchen and must be signed off and delivered to the table by a manager. I was impressed by how conscientious they were. My non-GF friends were all eating complementary pretzel rolls, and my waiter spontaneously brought me a toasted Udi's bun (heart in the right place). My salad (subbed in warm grilled salmon) was delicious. I was over the moon and wish there was a Weber's in Austin.
