Well Fed is a lovely modern Venezuelan restaurant on the Miracle Mile in Miami. Almost the entire menu is marked as gluten-free. They use a lot of corn flour and cassava flour in their cooking. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. Really special and out of the ordinary. The owner (?) Enrique was so friendly, and he proudly described each item on the menu for us. The chef has won awards in Venezuela. Everything was so bright and flavorful and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend!
