Fantastic staff and experience. The chef is coeliac so whilst the cafe isn't fully gluten free, she and the staff are all very cautious and aware. They clean the kitchen down for coeliac/gf diners, use separate shelves in the fridge and freezer and have e.g. square gf quiches and round regular quiches to eliminate the risk of mistakes. I had the fishfinger butty which was lovely. Wholly recommended!
