I was very happy with this ice cream parlor! It's always risky for me to get ice cream and I usually have to have it in a bowl. They had gf cones. I asked where they were, they were next to other cones. I asked nicely if he could grab one from the bag and then he kindly asked if he should change gloves and use clean scoops! It makes me so happy when people are knowledgeable and try to help me be as safe as I can be. The ice cream was DELICIOUS and the gf cone was a special treat!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Loved this place and will definitely come back next time we are in the area. We went one night and there was a huge line so we decided to come back the next day. We came right when they opened and had time to talk with them. They pulled from fresh tubs to make my ice cream on the brand new clean from opening blender and it was delicious. I wouldn’t say they were super knowledgeable but very happy to do what I needed to be safe. Dairy free base contains oats so that’s a no go but I eat dairy so that’s okay for me!

They said they can’t always open a new tub but are happy to as long as they have one. They told us that they do have lots of spare parts for everything that touches food so it’s actually super easy to switch out for a clean set up when needed for allergies.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

They offer gluten free sugar cones, and their regular ice cream base is gluten free (unfortunately non dairy contains gluten). Staff was knowledgeable about gluten cross contamination. They were able to break down the blender, wash all the parts, and then wash their hands before preparing my ice cream. Their ice cream was delicious and I did not get sick!
