If you have celiac, then it's easy enough to find gluten free food here. In addition to the buffet, you also have the option of steak, chicken, or seafood. The buffet itself has a variety of gluten free foods, some of which are mixed vegetables, corn, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, and potato salad. There's also a salad bar.
