This place informed us that, although they have gluten free bread, nothing is actually gluten free. Bread is grilled on same surface and hamburgers and they do not clean the surface. No dedicated fryers. No precautions in the back. The waitress told us that my celiac daughter should not eat here. (Totally appreciated her honesty!) This was after the hostess told us that the food is safe. Seems to us that they have no real clue about gluten free. I wouldn't bother with this place.
No dedicated fryer for fries. Had to explain gluten to the staff. Waitress confirmed that the grill shares space with toasted buns, and their olive sauce contains gluten.
I asked if they would be able to clean a space off for me and change their gloves. They would not and offered a salad instead. We ended up just leaving
Would not recommend unless you're just on a diet, as they do have GF buns.
Hands down the best gluten free burger I've had in the five years I've been gluten free. It's a legit burger bun. Not hard. Not crusty. Like a good greasy spoon burger bun. I'm not kidding I almost cried when I took my first bite. Tried the fries too, they were perfect. PERFECT! I did not have any reaction to either. Only wish I lived closer.
no dedicated fryer. My bun was still frozen, given to me in a wrapper without a plate. Staff completely uninformed about what they claim to off for gf.
They have gluten free bread here. The fryer for the french fries are shared with the non-gluten free items so the French fries are not actually GF due to cross contamination. I ordered a club sandwich and it was very good. Chips, coleslaw, cottage cheese and a side salad are your GF side options. Staff were friendly and knowledgable.
Super friendly staff and they offer GF bread options for sandwiches and burgers. Dedicated fryer for fries too!
