Unrelenting cross contamination and bad food quality. From the bar area looking inward to the kitchen and where you pick up your food is a bit off putting to say the least. In other words, the kitchen is dirty and far beneath standards. To make matters worse, I’ve seen a roach crawling on the floor at my last and final visit. Also spotted a couple mice in the parking lot. Staff is rude and customer service poor. I’ve been visiting this place on occasion for games and drinks over the years (9), but wouldn’t risk eating the food. There’s no way this place should still be open. The owner is a piece of sh&*. Rumor is he’s tied to some unsavory people, much like his food, so the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

No gf options marked on the menu. I asked if I could modify one of the salads and they said they could do their best. You have to ask for it without the toast. All their meat is cooked on a separate grill so you could probably do a burger without a bun as well. I asked to make sure they changed their gloves and they did. They weren’t sure about their dressings but they came in a separate pack on the side (I got the French dressing) that happened to be labeled gluten free. The cashier happened to personally know a fair amount about gluten which was helpful, but it’s not part of restraint training. Highly doubt they have a dedicated frier but I didn’t get anything fried and didn’t ask. I don’t feel sick so I think the meal was safe! You can make it work here but there are more reliable options around Westport so I’d recommend those of you can.
