The fluffiest pancakes we ever had!! Highly recommend. They had delicious English muffins that were fluffy as well but we did not get as already had too much food.
There are gluten free options, however the kitchen cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination. Since it is a diner they cook everything on the same stove and cannot ensure for no cross contamination. I got the chia seed pudding for breakfast since it seemed like the safest option.
We stop here every time we are in Vail because I love the Gf Benedict’s they are absolutely delicious! While the choices are limited the ones they do have are top notch!

Very disappointing for lunch. Only street tacos were marked GF on the menu and they offer GF buns for a burger. Broccoli is only side item. Maybe better for breakfast, but definitely not a lunch place.
I’ve been coming to this place for years (pre celiac) but have now been post diagnosis. They were very conscious of allergens and cross contact. Wonderful experience and a very tasty and satisfying breakfast bowl!!
