They opened in October 2022 and have a weekly changing menu of three dishes, one of it always a veggie version, always including a soup and green salad from the buffet. Although allergens are not declared the chef and the head of service know about gf well and can always arrange a gf option if not on the menu already. Comfy place where I had lunch several times, always asking for gf before choosing something and they were all really caring and I never had any symptoms. I have my office close by and will be back there.
