Review of Whalebone Wharf Seafood Restaurant

If you are looking for an extra special dining experience with incredible seafood and wine list to match- with a setting right on the water, then this is for you. We enjoyed scallops for entree and salmon with salad for hubby and seafood chowder for me. Salad was raddichio with goats cheese grapes and caramilized walnuts. Absolutely melt in your mouth. The staff were careful to check each item was gf, and totally understood that we have Coeliac disease, even though there is no gf menu and items were not marked on the menu as ‘gf’. No gf beer, but one of the ciders was gf and very refreshing. No symptoms whatsoever, and it was a wonderful place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. In fact, it was so tasty we will def come again, and might just spend this whole year celebrating our 30th wedding!
