The server seemed very knowledgeable when I asked her about gluten free options. She told me all the meats and BBQ sauces are gluten free.
However, were informed that there was NOT a dedicated fryer at this time, so the fries and nacho chips weren’t actually gluten free after preparation. The server said that there may be a dedicated fryer during the busier seasons (late spring, summer, and early fall) but they are slowing down for the cooler season so they only have 1 fryer going at this time.
I still found an AMAZING option to try — the BBQ Baker. It did not disappoint! My husband was jealous! Lol! The portion was so huge that I took home about half of it for later.
We will definitely be going back!
