Review of What the Cake

This cafe is in the tourist section, so you won’t have to go out of your way. You must go there! There was a selection of 4 gluten free desserts: a cheesecake; a pistachio frangipane cake; a vegan gluten free cheesecake and a carrot cake, which may also have been vegan. I chose the gorgeous and scrumptious cheesecake (not the vegan version) and the heavenly pistachio frangipane cake. These were definitely up to the impeccable bakery standards the French are known for, and I highly recommend you find this little place. I wish they made breads/croissants, but only desserts are available there.
