Review of WheatFields Eatery & Bakery

They offer gf crustless quiche & a few gf bakery items. I ordered the quiche Lorraine from their gf menu, it came with a side of fresh fruit and the pastry of the day which was a cinnamon roll. The quiche is like all others, nothing extraordinary, the cinnamon roll was wonderful, my daughter tried it & said she would have never guessed it was gf. I bought a loaf of pumpkin bread & another cinnamon roll from the bakery on our way out, the bread is very dry. The staff was very kind & helpful, I gave them 4 stars because the food runner brought be regular quiche, I had to wait a bit for my server to take it back & get me gf quiche, when it arrived the fruit was not with it, gad to ask for that to go. We were there 1hr & 40min, only spent 10 min waiting for a table - the servers have too many tables which makes it painfully slow.
