Wheatless In Seattle

Last I heard they've gone into the wholesale business instead of having their own retail shop, so their items should be able to be found at some local retailers who sell their product.

I drove by & they have closed (or moved) I think :( too bad.

great bread! this place knows what there doing when it comes to gluten free bread. just a warning there store on Greenwood is really just there bakery -u can buy some things not in bulk but really the best place to fine there product is a local PCC

This is now my "local" bakery - and I live in Detroit!!! Every time I am in Seattle, I call ahead and tell them what I want. The owner is always on site and more than willing to try to make what you are craving! Hurry up and check this place out now before they go to a completely web based business - coming this fall!
