Review of Wheat's End Cafe & Bakery

Everything here is 100% gluten free and it’s delicious. I got the chocolate chip pancakes and they were the best gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had. If I had ordered them at a restaurant that wasn’t a dedicated gluten free facility, I would’ve been nervous about eating them because I would’ve been sure that they were serving me food that had gluten in it. They were that good. My mom got a panini and she said the bread didn’t even taste gluten free. It was a great experience.
