Review of Wheat's End Cafe & Bakery

The food is alright, granted I can't eat much there. They premake the pancake batter with (I thin either coconut or almond milk... Can't remember) and I can't have that. Also they use a soy spray on just about everything which also eliminates most of the menu. Disappointing. But if I got a salad or other naturally gf options I'm sure it'd be fine. I was just hoping for specialty items.
