Deval, the owner was very aware of my situation and got me frustrated meats and cheeses as well and topping for my Sandwich with "cloud bread" and even was kind enough to let me take extra bread with me!!! It was super delicious and he was so nice!!!

I visited this Wich Wich because all of the locations in Las Vegas went out of business and my husband had a reward he needed to use up.
This location can be accessed either outside or inside the mall.
They've gotten rid of all the paper bags that you mark down your choices on in favor of a couple ordering screens.
Unfortunately they were out of lettuce for lettucewiches, their lettuce wrapped sandwiches.
I had to settle for a salad as a Celiac as the Celiac-safe gluten-free options in San *and especially the River Walk are pretty much non-existent.
I did request staff to change gloves but I worry about cross contact from them reaching into containers of ingredients when making sandwiches.
We took our food back to our hotel room because it was so chaotic in the mall due to the fact it was raining.

Fantastic gluten and dairy free options! Loved the lettucewich. All the same ingredients as a sandwich wrapped inside lettuce :) Great customer service, too!

I came into the front and asked about the gluten free options and they said all they could offer me was a salad. Everything else had flour in it.
