I’m a very sensitive celiac. This restaurant will note your allergies to make the chef aware. They have a dedicated toaster for their GF bread. Their GF bread was decently sized and delicious. They double checked their chorizo for me and it was gluten free. I had the Pico Chorizo omelet and it was delicious. I had their home fries and GF toast as a side. It’s been 12 hours and I’m not sick! I usually would know within an hour. Definitely try!
