Delicious food and they seem aware of allergies. The lady was able to answer questions about ingredients in some of the items that I asked about. Buckwheat is the gluten free option and it’s very delicious! When I started asking about gluten free options, they asked if it was an allergy which makes me think they probably were more careful. There is likely some cross contamination.
Ate breakfast here over the weekend. I had buckwheat crepes with Nutella, strawberries, and bananas. They were delicious! Spouse had wheat flour crepes with berries and custard and he said it was delicious. I had no adverse reactions to my food and would definitely recommend this place for GF breakfast crepes. Menu doesn't list as GF, but at the top it says you can choose between wheat flour and buckwheat flour on any of their crepe options, so there you go.
This restaurant serves traditional savory buckwheat crepes (as well as the sweet, wheat flour crepes.) They use separate pans for the buckwheat crepes and if you ask, they will make you one of those with a sweet filling. You can easily talk to the person who'll cook your food and if you want you can stand on the other side of the glass and watch. Menu is crepes only but they are very very good.
