Review of Whisk Bakery & Coffee

Whisk has a lot of good gf options in their daily rotation! They make their brownies, macarons, egg soufflés, flourless chocolate cakes, keto cheesecakes, mini cheesecakes (has oats so not celiac safe), and peanut butter cookies all gluten free regularly as well as special gluten free items like muffins, scones, and other cookies too! They also do custom gluten free items like cakes and bread and they are delicious!! They do a great job at keeping cross contamination to a minimum but are a shared kitchen, and be sure to ask about items containing oats if you’re celiac. Such a good find!
