Wow! We had both the heritage and carnivore skillets and everything was prepared completely gluten free. It was delicious and my husband about teared up over the waffles because they were so good! Love the care that the staff took as well.

They asked when we checked in if anyone had allergy’s and we’re very nice! They have funny waiters and are very in the role. The gluten free lunch menus were good but limited. Overall the food for the family was great. Definitely would recommend if you can get a reservation.

We have eaten breakfast here several times as it is one of our favorite places. They are awesome about gluten free. I get Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. It is delicious and I feel very safe as far as cross contamination. I am celiac and very careful. Never had any problems here and leave very satisfied.

Confirmed my allergy several times and offered to send out the chef. I ordered the traditional skillet along with 2 other people in my family. It was served family style for the 3 of us. Tested everything with my Nima sensor and it did not detect gluten. Skillets are all you can eat and it also came with a big wedge of cornbread.

We are here for lunch and was very happy with their allergy procedures. We met with the chef as we always do for Disney restaurants and they prepared our meals separately and safely. For lunch they did a combo breakfast and dinner menu. They have gluten free Mickey waffles and gluten free cornbread which was phenomenal. The rest of the food was just ok tasting but still very safe so we were happy.

Our waiter was amazing and immediately made me feel at ease. He asked me to list all allergies (not just the blanket gluten) to be extra cautious. All food is flagged. And I was very full afterwards. We came for lunch, I would recommend the potatoes and chicken. So good! The cornbread was just ok. Would eat here again and had no sickness afterwards!

They have a separate area and all allergy foods are brought out marked with a wooden allergy stick. We had the breakfast skillet. It came with Mickey waffles, toast, sausage gravy, bacon, eggs, sausage, country potato wedges, and my kids also ordered a chocolate muffin. The food was so good. We wish we had eaten here more than once on our trip.

Good food, the cast members get silly with you. Ate here as part of a backstage tour, and they served giant platters of meats and potatoes, which they said was all gf. Decided to play it safe and try 2 meats, the pulled pork and the sausage. Tested them with the Nima sensor and they came back gluten-free.

They brought me a separate cobbler w/ vanilla ice cream in its own baking dish and that tested gluten-free as well (it was very good).

We had a fabulous dinner last night. Our family of four who is completely gluten free because my 11 yo daughter has celiac and I'm gluten intolerant. We used the mydisneyexperience app to make the reservation and checked that we had a gluten/wheat allergy. When we checked in my husband confirmed that they did know and they said yes. They brought our ticket marked Allergy to the table for the server and also brought us the new allergy menu. The server told us if we would like to speak to a chef we could. It was obvious she understood and we did not need a chef so we ordered. My daughter and I both had the all you care to eat skillet and my husband had the rainbow trout. The corn bread was delicious and very different. Everything on the skillet was great. Our 2 yo old who loves to eat thought the cornbread was great. It was a great experience and we will be returning. The campfire cake was also great we shared one piece.

Whispering Canyon has recently introduced top 8 allergen menus that label which dishes are safe for specific allergies. I ordered rainbow trout, which was not overly amazing, but I definitely recommend for the family-friendly atmosphere and food-to-price ratio. Plus, the chance to get gluten/dairy-free cornbread and gluten/dairy-free chocolate cake a la mode is too tempting to pass off! One of my favorite restaurants at Disney. Delicious all you can eat BBQ platter complete with a huge slice of gf cornbread!! Fun atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 celiacs (and one not!) really enjoyed our dinner here, probably best meal we had at 3 days at Disney. Most of standard dinner menu was gluten free, chef was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. We also have a vegetarian celiac in our family, and chef made him a special veggie pasta. Really good hearty meal, served family style, so you could pick and choose a little or a lot of a variety of foods. Ribs, BBQ, chicken, green beans, and GF cornbread were all favorites. Raucous loud atmosphere. GF blueberry cheesecake was very popular with the table!
