Very allergy aware! Crab sticks are gluten free and they have GF soy sauce. Staff quickly knew what they could do GF and it was all delicious.

The staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination and completely sanitized the kitchen area and knives before making my sushi. Great food too! (Note, this review is for the food truck)
