We attended the resort one night and ate dinner at Elliott's Dining Room. We were extremely impressed with the service and a la carte options. The menu was clearly marked and the server advised that everything that has a gf option on the menu is celiac-safe. They brought a delicious gluten free vegan bread for start. I ate the fixed price menu which gave me an option of 3 courses. There was only one salad option on fixed price menu (more on regular dining menu) and I wasn't a fan just personal preference, not fault of theirs. My main was scallops and risotto and it was amazing, as was the chocolate torte for dessert.
The next morning we were excited for breakfast only to find it was buffet only. I mentioned to staff that I was gluten free and couldn't eat from buffet and she suggested the nearby town of Liverpool. I went to the front desk, who also suggested Liverpool. This was upsetting. I probably should've been more firm and specifically requested a special meal or to speak directly to the chef. I assumed since there was a breakfast a la carte menu and where I had advised the hotel ahead of my allergies that I would have an option. I realized later that they had room service, so I expect that may have been an option but it was disappointing no one offered it as one. So this is what I'll probably remember over my fantastic service and meal the night before. Unfortunate.

Staff very knowledgeable. Ate all meals for three days without getting sick. Even items not marked can be adapted.
