WBC used to be really good on the GF stuff. We’ve eaten there regularly with our Coeliac daughter, but the meals are on the gradual decline, the wait and kitchen staff seem less interested in trying to accommodate…. Recently they’ve updated their menu and there are heaps of items tagged as GF or GFO but beware, they don’t deep fry in a separate fryer, so they aren’t REALLY GF friendly… tried to explain this to staff last night and, well, no one really cared… shame… GF pizzas still good Other meals (non GF) were average at best)…
