Staff friendly however no effort is made to prevent cross-contamination of the two favors that are gluten free--this is the response I received from the manager when I went in the store. I had the vanilla, which is gluten free, only because the staff agreed to use a clean scoop and a fresh batch of vanilla that had not yet been scooped from was available.
