After speaking to the manager, it was discovered they have several menu items that are gluten free. Including gumbo, étouffée, and red beans and rice. There are nachos, fries, and salads that are also gluten free. They do not use separate fryers or take special precautions. So celiac should probably avoid. If you are intolerant like me, they have great options.
