My husband and I love this food cart. Their bowls are amazing.
Good fresh though very basic food. One thing on the menu with lots of variations. Worth trying if you haven't and worth revisiting of you have. My celiac daughter has eaten here half a dozen times with no negative consequences at all.

They take gluten free seriously here.
The food is fresh and tasty. Not a ton of variety but if you like yummy bean and rice bowls that are definitely Celiac safe, this is the place.
I am so super sensitive and have never gotten sick here! I've eaten here 4 times. I am pregnant and thought I wouldn't have any take out options for days I am just too worn out, but this place is now my go to! P.s. I get sick at most resterants from tiny amounts of cross contamination no matter how many questions I ask. It has a very limited menu. Only 1 bowl, check their website for details. I get extras and take home for the fridge for lunches.
I recently moved away from Portland, and Whole Bowl is the thing I miss most about living there. I used to drive all the way across town from Hillsboro to the Hawthorne Bowl on Sunday’s to get my fix. Just a tasty and healthy meal any time of year. (Hot tip - its only 50 cents for extra Tali sauce, always worth it!)
Sooo yummy! And you can make it vegan by not adding the sour cream (too bad there's not a tofutti option for that). But great for the starving GF person...which I was desperately hungry when I found this.
