I like having this close to work since my grocery options in the downtown area are so limited. They have a great selection of gluten free grocery items which generally cost a bit more than some of our other local stores but they also have a lot of sales and coupons so if you watch for those you can get some good deals. They also carry locally made GF products like New Cascadia bread which is some of the best bread I've had. They have GF sandwiches in their deli (I think they use their own bread, it's really good bread) but beware if you are celiac or very sensitive they often use the same utensils and if you get a grilled Panini they use the same Panini press. The hot GF pizza slices are very tasty but they heat it up using the same paddle and brick oven they use to cook the regular pizza.

The food bar is no longer safe from risk of cross-contamination. The ingredient lists are not always correct. I don’t shop here anymore because the prices for gluten-free staples are so high. I do better on Vitacost.com for staples. I’m fortunate to have a Natural Grocers nearby for fresh food options in the winter when the farmers markets are closed.

They have an AMAZING gluten free flour and ingredient variety! I have so many options to choose from. They also have GF snack, liquor and dessert options.

The coffee shop in here was able to make me a gf iced vanilla oatmilk latte. They verified the vanilla syrup said gluten free and they use oatly oatmilk. Since I got iced, everything was made in my cup so to not be contaminated with anything. Wonderful treat for me! Also the store has many gluten free products and selection.

Good hot food and nice salad bar. They don’t mark ingredients and highlight allergens. We eat here all the time.

Some gluten free items but it’s not much.
