I'm a local and do most of my regular shopping here with many gf choices. But I no longer get anything from the hot bar or sandwich bar (even though they have gf bread) because of cross contamination -- have gotten sick too many times. I do eat from the salad bar but with my own dressing.
I'm local, and just grateful there's a Whole Foods here, as other grocers and Trader Joe's simply lack the variety. I shop here weekly, more for organic and GF ingredients than their prepared items. They do claim the hot foods are prepared with tamari, not soy sauce, but I've not found that to be consistently true. But everything is well labelled so a little careful reading usually does the trick.
Nice selection of gluten free around the store. Found the glutino toaster pastry and glutino free bakery items in the fridge by the bakery.
Great selection of GF items, but the parking is hell and the store is always packed on the weekends.
One of the best places in town to grab a quick GF bite to eat or to get GF groceries. The prices aren't that bad, really, and they carry produce from local organic farms, so your food might actually taste like something and have some actual nutritional value! I still prefer to shop at the farmer's markets for produce, but for dairy products, rice, pasta, etc., this is the place. For many GF products, this is the only place in town you can get them. On weekends or after 1700 on a weekday, the parking situation is not good, but it is doable.
They have a ton of gluten free foods, but they are waaaay over-priced, the other shoppers are snobs, and the parking lot is horrible.
They have a cafe area with labels for the food. It’s a self serve kind of thing so not the best for cross contamination. Only a few options were gluten free but enough to make a meal out of it. If going to get a meal with a group, this is still a good option since the store is large and has the typical Whole Foods variety. I mostly thought it would be helpful to add a review so this location shows up for others looking for food around here.

As a European resident visiting this store is amazing! So many gf options! Not only all the fresh items and produce, but dried goods, packages, quick/ready meals. Wonderful! Everything is stacked on the shelves with the rest of those items (no separate gf section) which I like too. I can shop for the whole family at the same time, not everyone else… and then me.

I hate coming here because it’s so big. You would think they would have gobs of gf stuff, but they have little and it is spread out everywhere and side by side with gluten counterparts. Please keep my gf stuff AWAY from the gluten stuff. I spend way too much time trying to find everything, and I feel like compared to Sprouts or Natural Grocers that they have the least knowledge employees and the HIGHEST prices. I also would never eat something from their lunch area because it’s a mess. No way I'm chancing that.

Don’t go out of your way thinking they will have GF food. It’s slim pickings. Among the fewest grocery options I’ve seen in a Whole Foods.
