They have gluten free bread options, but I've heard too many horror stories from other celiacs that I won't try anything they make from scratch. I wanted to come enjoy a muffin and coffee as I got some work done, but they told me they no longer carry GF muffins on a daily basis. So, pretty much no options for Celiacs. Coffee isn't stellar, but the atmosphere is nice. If you want a place close to campus, I'd hit one of the on-campus coffee shops or those in Old Town instead.

I love the GF ruben! Almost every sandwich can be made gluten-free, as well as many of the entrees, and all of the drinks. They also have many alternative milks for coffee beverages. Yummy food in a quite coffee shop style atmosphere. There's always at least one GF baked good, but being right on a college campus, they may sell out early in the day during finals week, first week of school, etc.
Ordered a tuna melt on gf bread and had a negative reaction. Not sure if it was from cross contamination or improper advertisement. Make sure you ask questions when you order and when food arrives.

Wild Boar has an extensive menu for your dining companions (southwest fare mostly, fancy cakes for dessert), however celiacs will be limited to nachos, some soups, and a wide selection of Gluten Bootin Bakery muffins. They change up the offerings, so always ask for new ingredients. It is a large, busy coffee house across from campus, so parking and seating are tight, but it's worth it.
