The first night both my appetizer (salad with no egg) and entree (black miso cod) tested negative for gluten with my Nima sensor. I also had raspberry sorbet, and all the food tasted good as well. Their menu is very badly marked however. The salad and scallops are marked gf but the eggs are marinated in soy sauce and the shoyu sauce on the scallops is not gf, so make sure to specify that you need your food completely gf when ordering. On the second night I ordered the ribeye and they let me replace the potatoes with rice so it was dairy free. The dish tested positive unfortunately although the cross contamination line was so light I could barely see it. I am extremely sensitive though so it still would’ve made me sick. The waitress was super nice and refunded the whole meal even though I still ate an appetizer and got a dessert to go for my non gf family. We didn’t eat at the sushi bar because they told my mom on the phone before we arrived that they couldn’t guarantee everything on the changing menu would be gf.

Two restaurants at The Treebones Resort. Amazing sushi , whole sushi bar uses only GF ingredients. Did not get sick and every attention to detail. Chef Yancy offers amazing food. They do offer beer, only non GF item at the sushi bar. The other restaurant is called Wild coast. Your standard fare with good attention to Gf.
