Wild Ginger Provo, UT for the win!! Ladies & Gentlemen, I'm full and astounded. I can't have gluten, dairy, or soy and Amber (the GM) was our waitress even before I said anything about my allergies. I mentioned it and not only did she make me feel instantly comfortable (where most places make me feel like a bother, picky, or like I'm a lawsuit walking) but she even assured me that most things can be made safe for me if they weren't already! They have a GF sushi menu, and plenty of non-sushi GF choices! She really gets it and knows her stuff. Honestly, I haven't felt so at ease in a restaurant since I found out about my allergies. She was me perfect Fairy Glutenmother. Go there. Leave great reviews (they'll earn it). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
PS Before you ask what I ordered, the answer is: everything I wanted. Several sushi rolls, soup, appetizer.

I have a chronic illness that is triggered when I eat wheat/gluten. I went to this restaurant tonight with some friends and got the all you can eat sushi. I told them I have a bad wheat allergy and was told they had a gluten free list. I ordered a bunch of rolls from the list and all were fine, until the last roll I got called the Philadelphia roll. It's listed as gluten free, but upon eating a couple of bites, I noticed there were bread crumbs/fried breading inside this roll, even though it was listed as a gluten free option.
My server seemed a little oblivious/naïve to the whole gluten allergy thing and mentioned that she was supposed to tell the kitchen is was gluten free, but forgot to tell them. The fact they even have it listed as a gluten free option when it's all up to the server to let the kitchen know is pretty concerning to me. They obviously don't take the health of their customers seriously here. Now I get to go home and potentially crap blood for the next month or two. If you're allergic to wheat, I recommend against coming here.
Otherwise the food is pretty good and the service is fine. Average wait time for your food (20-30 min). The average Joe should enjoy this place.

We were very impressed with how they went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination. They have a good selection and if they were unsure they would come and show us labels to makes sure it was safe!
