Review of Wild Pear

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a male waiter. I informed him I have celiac disease and can't have gluten. I wanted the GF burger and fries and when I asked about the fries he said they were GF. I asked if they had a dedicated fryer and he kinda laughed at me and said not to worry about it, the oil was so hot it would kill off any gluten from other items and not affect my fries!!! It's so sad when people are not informed but try to act like they know what they're talking about. Thankfully I knew this wasn't possible so I just avoided. Unfortunately for me, the waiter pretty much ignored me the rest of our meal....I hope the owners take some time and really train the staff, because this is serious for those of us with actual diseases!
