Love this place. 100% GF restaurant. Love the turkey club and mushroom soup.

Excellent food and very attentive service. The entire restaurant is gluten-free and the dairy-free and vegan options are clearly marked. The food was fresh and locally sourced where possible. The price was very reasonable. Very well worth the stop in Ladysmith.

This is a celiac’s paradise!!! The whole restaurant is completely gluten free! The food is absolutely delicious, too. My gluten-eating family members all loved their food!

Wife has gluten intolerance so while visiting Vancouver Island used app to find this great restaurant in the quaint town of Ladysmith. Friendly, clean, very helpful and personable staff. Food was delicious and served to us promptly with a smile. Even our non-gluten free guests thought the food was great. Loved it so much we ordered food to take with us on the ferry/plane flight back to The US. Prices were great too. The desserts were all amazing (cheesecake was delectable, date energy balls we’re scrumptious). We highly recommend Wild Poppy to everyone.

Excellent food, and service. Everything was very tasty and one wouldn't be able to tell it is gluten free the texture and taste is so good of everything we had. Great healthy options and portions are generous. Prices are very reasonable and no more than a regular restaurant perhaps even better pricing on some things. Our kids loved it too. Highly recommend.

Delicious food menu with some amazing baked goods! Everything offered is gluten and peanut-free, but watch for other nuts if you have an allergy. Service was great, would recommend for celiacs.
