I have eaten here numerous times over the last few years. It's my favourite spot in Penticton, I recommend this to everyone (celiac or not). I've never gotten ill and my 7 year old nephew (celiac) loves the food too! The vegan Alfredo and salad rolls are my absolute faves. For a fully gluten free experience and peace of mind you should absolutely eat here.

Everything is dairy, egg and gluten free. Menu has a lot of possible variation. Tasty food!

Everything in the restaurant is gluten free and most of the options are vegan as well. I have never had any issues here and eat here probably once every 3 months.

100% gluten free so nice that it is safe. The flavours were good and we enjoyed our meal. However, it is very overpriced in my opinion.

Very good almost all vegan options. It is a bit quirky there. Prices have gone up over the last few years, but nice to not have to worry since it is all gluten free.

I had a gluten reaction immediately after eating here. Maybe coincidence (touched something that had gluten crumbs on it?) All all i know is that was all i ate that day, other than my own prepared food. I do also react to low ppm gluten. The standard under 20ppm doesn't work as well for me. One thing I'll say is the food was very very tasty.

“Everything on the menu is Gluten Free except the beer” she said. Are you kidding me?!? So, for lunch I had a bowl of Tomato Basil soup and the Beet Salad. The soup was flavourful, but only warm. The Beet Salad was awesome-with a generous portion!!! Next time I’ll try their Pad Thai, which the server says is excellent, with another Beet Salad, of course. Interior ambiance of the restaurant is a little “iffy”, but I’ll be back for more of their great GF offerings.

This restaurant is awesome!! The whole menu is gluten free. I believe it is also all dairy, egg, and meat free. The only exception for meat is the chicken teriyaki, which is what I would recommend if you do eat meat.Try the specials, they are fresh and interesting.
