Three meals over 4 days, all dinners. Menu items clearly marked. Food was excellent and no problems whatever. Service was great. Would not hesitate to return.
Celiac with extremely high sensitivity so confident they took care

Please beware that Wild Thyme has changed some ingredients that have rendered their GF labeling on the menu of little use. I ordered a rice bowl labeled GF but, as always, peppered the staff with questions. Turns out the sauce on my dish is now made with a gluten-containing ingredient. They did alter the dish for me to make a sort-of version of it that was gluten-free. The food was fine, but the overall experience was subpar. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, but there was confusion among them about this dish. It was experience 999 to remind me that I can never assume a GF menu label means a GF meal will be served without a lot of discussion, questions, and requests.

Went for lunch. Food was good and waitress seemed to understand celiac and gluten free. Ordered the rice bowl which was really good and did not have any symptoms following the meal.

Cute spot, and pretty clean eating all around - No real fried food. I got the pork bowl and it was great, not spicy though. Pineapple slaw was amazing. I felt confident in the situation and decided not to test with my Nima Sensor and I never got sick - success! We’ll marked menu too and waitress said other items could be accommodated to be GF as well. Stop he here if you’re in Kanab!

I had the medallions, and while they were tasty the were absolutely drenched in A1- so maybe ask for them to put it on the side. It was quite over powering! Lava cake was amazing!!

Service was very good, the wait staff was attentive. We had beef medallion and brocolli and cheese soup. The beef was super tender, and I like the little spicy kick in the sauce. The soup was little salty but it was still good.

I ordered the steak medallions, they were delicious and very tender. Gluten free lava cake was tasty.
I told the waitress I had celiac and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. They do have a lot of options listed GF but I was very frustrated that staff clearly wasn’t trained. If you offer GF, you should know what celiac is and train staff accordingly
Many GF items identified on the menu. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten options and checked when not 100% sure. Had a great meal last night and feel great today.
