I ate here recently and had no issues! The server wasn’t sure about gluten free options, but then the manager came over and told me they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free wings and fries! The only thing worth mentioning is that they can only do traditional wings gluten free (the non breaded wings).
We found this place really underwhelming. The only wings out of their many, many of flavors that they claim to be gf is the traditional? They weren't as good as Boston Pizza's wings and the fries were overcooked and tasteless. My wife wanted the mushroom burger but they had no mushrooms. My son had a spicy chicken burger which he also claimed was bland. We were disappointed.
Third time we have been here in the last year. It has become our go to when visiting Edmonton. Staff has always been very knowledgeable and they have a list of the wings that are gluten free. Very good yam fries. Only wings, salads and fries that are gluten free. I always ask if they can be careful when preparing it because I am celiac and the server yesterday said of course. They use separate bowls, utensils, separate fryer etc. Of course there is a risk because it isn’t 100% gluten free restaurant but I am really sensitive and I haven’t had any issues.
Have never had any issues with contamination in the MANY (too many) times I eat here! Probably my favourite place for good wings.
