Just ate at restaurant and they were clear before we ordered that they share the same equipment for waffles and pancakes between gluten free and gluten batters. There is guaranteed cross contamination. They are honest about this so it should be changed on this website to reflect the clear cross contamination.

We were told they were able to do gluten free pancakes and waffles but then when we were sat they said they were unable to clean the grill and then had no idea if the syrup was gluten free. The server wouldn't even check for us. This is definitely NOT celiac friendly and their lack concern for allergies makes me not recommend at all.

Large selection of gluten free items PLUS the gluten free Belgium waffles are AMAZING! I recommend the “Signature Berry Bliss” gf waffles :)

The waitress messed up several orders at the table. She then proceeded to use my fork to inspect another persons pancakes which contained a mushroom. There is no way I would take my celiac daughter to this place. The food was pedestrian at best and very expensive.

I had the cinnamon roll pancakes and some hash browns. I told the waitress I had an “allergy” and she gave me that speech every restaurant gives to avoid being sued (since we have gluten items we can’t guarantee blah blah blah) after reading the reviews on here I was pretty confident though and it all worked out well. I haven’t gotten sick and will definitely go back there soon.

Definitely worth the wait! There were so many gluten free choices!! The staff seemed knowledgeable and were very accommodating! The wait was 1.5 hours, but we were able to walk around millennium park while we waited. Once we sat down, the food was AMAZING!!! All in all, I highly recommend this place!

Lots of GF options. I got the pecan waffles and they were very good. No ill effects. Go during off peak hours as it gets busy during peak times. Highly recommended.

I had the 2 eggs with bacon and gf chocolate pancakes and they were AMAZING! It’s a bit pricey but definitely not the worst it could be sence the serving sizes are enough for a giant. If I could, I would’ve rates it 4.5 stars because my parents had slight mistakes in their order (ex: mixed fruits instead of just strawberries) but nothing to get too upset about. DON’T LET THE MENU FOOL YOU! You can get almost anything on the menu gluten free, not just waffles. I wish I could have one of these in my hometown, it’s so good!

This place is absolutely awesome. There's only one option for the GF pancakes so I went with it. Pancakes with mixed berries were very good, but not the best I've ever had. Their regular menu has GF items/options labeled. There was a 30 minute wait for a weekday, which is eh, but the atmosphere is great. Not too sure how celiac safe this place is but I'm a sensitive celiac and I did not get sick after eating 5 of their GF pancakes.

GF waffles, pancakes and toast. I had the pancakes, they were kind of powdery but still really enjoyable! A friend who isn't gluten intolerant and I shared and she said she couldn't taste he difference!

The GF pancakes are NOT CELIAC SAFE. I asked and they are cooked on the same griddle as the gluten pancakes. They said they clean the griddle in between but they said residue remains.

Lots of GF options that are indicated on the menu. I was apprehensive at first but the day was great! I ended up eating breakfast there 3 days out of my trip. I got a breakfast skillet, scrambled eggs, sausage links, hasbrowns, and GF pancakes. I'm not a pancake person, but they were delicious! They look like normal ones so don't be freaked out. :)

Pretty good. The menu has naturally gluten free foods marked- but you have to ask about pancakes. They do have a gluten free pancake batter that I wasn't really sure was gluten free it tasted so normal. I tried the Cinnabon pancakes gluten free. They were okay. Not enough cinnamon and frosting to really be like a Cinnabon (at least from how I remember them). Hope this helps. :)

Skillets include GF hashbrowns and tons of toppings, and they come with GF pancakes! Totally a treat. Only lost a star for a very long wait for a table and a much longer wait for food, even on a Monday morning.

This place is amazing! They have a wide selection. The menu illustrates a slim selection but if you talk to your server, a lot of things can be altered to be safe. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful! Be prepared to wait 1-2 hrs, but that's typical for good eats in Chicago anyway.

Really good GF pancakes. Deducted one star because I wasn't confident in their plate handling (everything comes at once on single tray, gluten and not). But I plan to come again.

This place is amazing. You can expect a 1-2 hour wait on the weekends, but it's totally worth it. Each section of the menu that can come gluten free is indicated on the right. Only GF honey cakes are listed, but you can get the GF pancakes with any of the toppings. The Berry Bliss pancakes are absolutely amazing.

Sad to say I noticed my hash browns had something red in them. Asked the waitress and was told it was tortilla. GREAT. Contaminated. Waitress apologized and said she 'told the kitchen'. (I informed her I was celiac right at the beginning and asked if the kitchen was aware of cross-contamination issues. I was assured they were.) I told her it would be a good thing if the kitchen staff, etc was retrained on food prep for celiacs. Then the hostess came over and said a manager wasn't in. She then proceeded to laugh and I told her there wasn't anything funny about this and to please just go away. We left and an assistant manager tracked us down and offered us a gift card. Sorry, there won't be a next time. I told him I would prefer if the kitchen and wait staff were retrained on the seriousness of celiac disease. If you are celiac, don't take a chance here. And yes, I am now suffering from it.

I couldn't have the honeycakes since they they have a beef base, but jeremy, our amazing server, suggested the garden skillet with a side of berries. service was exceptional, and I left full and didn't feel left out despite not having any pancakes.

Good pancakes but this is one of those places that makes you feel like you are missing out. Everyone around was taking pictures of their well presented food, while my pancakes were served without a garnish. I really feel it's who you get to serve you! I did email them and they were very nice with their reply.
