I got the gluten free waffles and berries and paid for it the next 12 hours with extreme and pain and bloating… guessing cross contamination or they gave me regular waffles. I’m not even celiac and usually am not sensitive but this was so bad.

Great food but they have no gluten free toaster for the gluten free toast😥. Unsure if they use a separate space for other gluten free items, I doubt it.

I just got the toast untoasted lol. Egg harbor goes out of their way a lot more to ensure no cross contamination.

Súper nice staff, super knowledgeable but cross contamination is a thing . They warned us before ordering , super nice to tell us . We had coffee and juice . Orange juice was really good - super freshly made . Do not go if celiac .

Food was great, very fast. Ordered the gluten friendly omelette with a side of their GF berry pancakes on the side. The waitress was very clear that the items were not labeled gluten-free but rather “gluten friendly” so she did say to be careful. I have celiac disease but I don’t seem to be super sensitive to cross-contamination so I took a chance. If you are very sensitive, I wouldn’t advise.

THIS IS NOT A CELIAC FRIENDLY RESTAURANT.. THEIR STAFF IS SEVERELY UN INFORMED. I HAVE BEEN CONTAMINATED HERE MORE TIMES THAN I CAN COUNT BECAUSE I BELIEVED WHAT THEY TOLD ME. I FIND OUT TODAY I HAVE BEEN CONTAMINATED EVERY SINGLE TIME! STAY FAR FAR AWAY IF U HAVE ALLERGIES! SHAME ON THEM FOR MAKING CONSUMERS LIKE ME SICK😂

Great service excellent service. The GF pancakes are outstanding. As celiac I find eating out a challenge, and learn to accept that no restaurant is ideal

Not celiac. GF pancakes are amazing but are cooked on same grill as regular things. 100% risk of cross contamination.

We didn't actually eat here; when we arrived I spoke to the hostess who informed me that the gf pancakes were cooked on the same surface as everything else (and they likely wouldn't have time to cook them separately. We reviewed the menu and this isn't notated anywhere). She said that she did not recommend them for people with celiac and, because I really wanted pancakes, we decided to go to somewhere safer instead.

We loved the Gluten Free Honey Cakes. No syrup needed for sure! We had less than stellar service, but the food was good. IF our service was a bit better, would have given it 5 stars. We sat with our empty dishes on the table for over 15 minutes. The skillet breakfasts were large with enough for 2 people (but my husband managed to eat it all!).

The sausage links were large and the omelettes were also quite large. Hash browns were good (but needed hot sauce on the table instead of ketchup). I know a lot of people eat ketchup on their hash browns but I prefer hot sauce on mine and on my eggs.

The service was very slow when we went, but they were busy. The server walked by our table several times with her back to us and didn't pay much attention to the fact we could have used a refill. She was friendly, but didn't seem to be very good at table / customer management. Was walking back and forth an awful lot when she could have checked on her tables and then ran back to where ever. Took a long time to get our check and to then get our receipt back.

If you want to go some place where you can talk over your meal this place may be a bit difficult as it was very loud. The food was good, but the restaurant was extremely loud for a Friday morning at 10:00 am.

It was great being able to have pancakes! They wipe the pan clean for celiac disease to help minimize risk of cross contamination. However I found the omelette and hash browns to be a bit bland.

Wanted pancakes so badly, but my waiter informed me all of their pancakes and waffles are cooked on the same surface as gluten containing items (flat top that they don’t clean off). Nothing is safe from cross contamination. He recommended I order an omelet with fruit as that’s the only part of the kitchen that doesn’t have gluten containing items prepared in it.

Did that and felt great.

So many things here are GF. I ordered a skillet with hash browns and eggs and it felt safe and was delicious. I also ordered a side of GF pancakes. They were definitely GF in comparison to the regular ones I saw. So I felt safe eating them but they weren’t super delicious. If you eat here, stick with the amazing egg dishes! So crowded but good service nonetheless.
