OMG! The atmosphere was amazing . The service was top notch. The food was absolutely celiac friendly. I have severe celiac and I’m very hyper sensitive to gluten, wheat, soy, and barley. My food was sooooo delicious I can’t even begin to describe it. Please stop here and eat if you have not. Don’t be afraid they have vegan options too.
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
We ordered for delivery. Items were marked GF on the menu. I was also able to write a note on each item to say it was for celiac. When we got the food at home, everything was labeled GF.
Tasty bar food, which is hard to come by with celiac so I enjoyed it. The GF bun on my burger didn’t hold together, but they never do.
This place is fantastic! Great decor, super friendly staff, delicious food, and super GF friendly! They have a separate GF menu and it has a lot of options on it and they have some GF beers too! My boyfriend is celiac and we've been here several times and he's never gotten sick. They have someone from the kitchen bring out the GF food to make sure there's no cross contamination with the servers bringing all sorts of foods out. And my boyfriend loves that they put American flags in all the GF food for "gluten freedom" lol. Can't recommend this place enough!
Large gf menu, dedicated fryer, gf bread and pasta. Highly recommend!
The food I ordered here turned out to be fine and I didn’t get sick. However the argument that the waitress had with the person from the kitchen regarding my gluten free/dairy free order while standing next to our table was embarrassing. It made for a miserable experience.
Amazing pancakes. Didn’t get sick. Love that they put flags so you’re sure they were careful with particular dishes.
Gluten free pub style food with a completely separate gluten free menu!
I love their cheddar artichoke dip, mac ‘n cheese, and burgers (with a gf bun)! But steer clear of their flatbread — it tastes like cardboard. Staff are super knowledgeable about celiac, and all gluten free items are marked with an American flag for safety, symbolizing gluten “free-dom” !
Nice location with gluten free menu and beer.
Celiac friendly. Knowledgeable. Separate gluten free menu too.
Ate the fork and knife Caesar with grilled chicken and it was celiac safe and good. Some items on gluten free menu were probably not safe for celiac due to how it was cooked in the kitchen. For example the gluten free Rueben was grilled on same grill as gluten bread. Our sever was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Very knowledgeable. Really great gluten free bread.
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. beyond amazing!! This place is so accommodating all of the food comes out with a flag and is assured by all staff that there is not cc and is very cautious as well. I’ve eaten here so many times and have never gotten sick, and i am very very sensitive. love this place so much! they have he best spinach artichoke dip as well! delicious.
The GF Grilled Cheese was excellent!
The mac and cheese is beautiful. They use udis bread. They have a dedicated menu. They have a good beer selection. I did not get sick.
Ate here last night based on recommendations and was not disappointed. We had the artichoke dip which was delicious with GF toast. I had a chicken sandwich and my bun lasted all the way through without crumbling!! Plus GF items come with an American flag so you can be sure. Wish I had room for dessert or was hungry enough for the Mac and cheese. Hope to come back again.
Hell yes!!! Great menu. Excited to eat the artichoke cheddar dip in the buffalo hot wings topped off with the greens Amber ale.
Highly recommended! GF artichoke dip was heavenly! I will be back.
Always great. BUT, the fries aren't actually gluten free - no dedicated fryer.
Fabulous menu. Knowledgable staff. Fantastic food! Had the GF Mac n cheese as a starter and a classic burger with fries. It was delish!!
They have a gluten-free Mac and cheese that should be completely gluten free, my celiac sister and I have had it without any issue, but their gluten free menu boasts gluten free fries and then you find out that their fryer is not dedicated. They have other sides, and their food is ok, but unless you're craving an expensive Mac and cheese or expensive burger with an udis bun and no fries, I'd keep looking.
I'm not sure why this place is rated celiac friendly. The waitress openly said that they aren't - they're "gluten friendly." Several things on the menu were listed gluten free, but were cooked in a non-dedicated fryer.
When I talked to her about cleaning their prep space and using clean utensils/pans, she looked confused and uncertain. I'm an asymptomatic celiac sufferer, so I don't know if I got glutened, but I didn't feel confident about their process.
It's also seriously overpriced for what you get (even the gluten-filled food is over priced).
very nice atmosphere. had special bday dinner here. served a tasty GF chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. had separate GF menu but does not have dedicated kitchen space or dedicated fryer, & yet several items (like fries) were listed on GF menu. flatbread with goat cheese, tomatoes & basil was so-so, Wilde chopped salad was very good.
Amazing food, had the French toast and also tried the Mac and cheese. Will definitely be back!
I love their very extensive GF menu and have enjoyed everything I've ordered. First time I've had a proper BLT in years!
I have never seen a bigger GF menu in my life. It was great. I had the Mac & cheese as an app and the steak sandwich as my entree. Both were good, although the steak sandwich was VERY difficult to eat. Overall though, I highly recommend it!
Had the GF Mac and cheese and was celiac sick as a dog within an hour. Not safe.
Food is great! Many gf options and the staff is friendly and knowledgable.
Great options, wonderful service, and delicious food. The corn pasta was a hit with my non-GF friend (the macaroni & cheese lives up to the hype), and the server was very knowledgeable. Another plus: we were there for brunch, and since the space is so large, there wasn't a terrifying line like there can be at a lot of other places nearby.
they have a fairly large gluten free menu with many options for all categories. service was pretty quick for the busy dinner hour, and the food came out with an announcement and little american flags to signify that they were gluten free dishes, per the menu. the macaroni and cheese did not disappoint, but beware the flatbread. the best thing I can say about it is that it wasn't mushy.
Amazing gf menu with some of the best Mac and cheese ever. Definitely a restaurant that will be going into heavy rotation for me. They even being the gf offerings out with little American flags for reassurance that the kitchen has prepared it gf. Gluten Freedom!
Amazing for brunch or dinner! Great atmosphere. There is a large selection and very knowledgable about GF.
Amazing!! The artichoke dip and Mac n cheese are a solid choice. Buffalo chicken burger was ok.
Great gf brunch menu too... Solid gf Mac and cheese dish.
Very extensive GF menu (including GF beers) that had a lot of the same items as the regular menu just made GF! They even have Udi's bread for the burgers. As another reviewer said, while the fries themselves are GF they are cooked in the same fryer as everything else so they are not safe to eat. The waitress was kind enough to inform me of this. Overall great atmosphere, great food and good service. Will return again!
My new favorite! After going gluten free I have a hard time finding places that accommodate me and still a great place for my non GF boyfriend. We will definitely return!!
Excellent. Extensive GF menu, including bread so just about any sandwich/burger can be made GF. The rosemary garlic chicken is wonderful. They also have a couple GF beers. One problem though was they had fries on the GF menu, but they do not have a dedicated fryer (?) so ask/watch out for that.
Non-GF aspects: nice atmosphere, especially if you can sit by the fireplace, but it is rather loud every time I go here so be prepared for that.
Overall definitely recommended.
