The Wilder staff is knowledgeable and double-checks with the kitchen for cross contamination, etc. About a third of their menu can be made gluten free, including pastas.
We had lunch here a few months ago. Really nice atmosphere and tons of gluten free options! Tucked into a cool neighborhood too.
Cool Italian spot able to accommodate gf needs, including gf pasta. My wife also loved the dairy-free pizza. My only complaint was that it was really cold (AC on on a cool night). Dress accordingly

Server was super knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free. Almost all entrees can be made gluten free and she said they have gluten free pasta as well. I got the grilled octopus, it was fantastic!
When any apps came out, she made sure I knew what I could have and what I couldn’t have. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Came for brunch with partner and got Breakfast Sandwich. Server knew about gluten and walked me through menu. They have GF bread and toast it directly on the skillet — no shared toaster involved. I had no symptoms after.
I would give 5 stars, but the service was very slow and confused. Our server gave us and the table behind us wrong checks. I also didn’t get my beverage until after finishing eating. Other reviews mention service issues too. Be cautious and double check about gluten.
Also, portions were somewhat small and prices were a bit high. Food wasn’t super tasty either, but decent. It’s an Instagram-style place.
