Gluten free Hot dog with Gluten free bun. The only gluten free option place at Knott’s (that’s what the server told my husband)

I am allergic to dairy also so I got a gf chilli hot dog, gf bun, no cheese and no fried onions.

I am hyper symptomatic and after eating I did have cramps on my foot so I don’t know if it was from eating at that place or I was exposed gluten in the air whole day at the park (many restaurants and churro, pie places).

Usually I feel very tired or nausea or inflammation on joints after smelling gluten such as walking by bakery, fried chicken place etc.
