WILDES was super helpful with letting me know what I could and couldn’t have. Their menu didn’t say what was specifically gluten free but did advise bread could be swapped for GF bread. I asked for The Big Bacon with a side of scrambled egg. I did ask for hashbrown bites but these weren’t gluten free. There was also an element that included crispy onions and they said I couldn’t have that. The sandwich was nice and it was also my first experience eating out and being gluten free.
