Review of Wildflour Bakery/Cafe

Gluten free options but no soy free options. As a celiac, I cannot have soy either and most gluten free bakeries have soy free options available but the manager could not tell me if their was soy in their products. She said she was unaware that soy could be in butter or cooking spray. They had No ingredient list and was unable to accommodate me.
