Review of Wildflour Bakery/Cafe

I'm surprised by the glowing reviews. Yes it's great that it's a totally GF restaurant, but what I ate wasn't amazing at all. Pancakes had a strange bitterness. The vanilla cupcake was corn-y and plain. And everyone who worked there seemed unhappy. I won't be rushing back here.
