Review of Wildflour Gluten-Free Baking Company

I purchased herb focaccia, sea salt chocolate & butterscotch chip cookie and pasta. I haven’t tried the pasta yet but the other items are delicious and have unusually good texture for gluten free. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and pleasant. I will be back! Update: the pasta is very good. It cooks in 10 minutes and maintains its shape.
