It was a very busy morning and when I asked the cashier to notate that I had a severe gluten allergy, he was very understanding. He made a note on my order, and went back to the kitchen area and notified the manager. Everyone changed their gloves, the manager made my food, and the person who brought me my food stated, “we wanted you to know we all changed our gloves so we could keep you safe.” Everyone was very friendly and it made me feel very confident in my choice to eat here.
I played it safe and ordered bacon and eggs. I didn’t have a reaction!
